Pro then con; repeat prescription is good, but the pharmacy either doesn't have the whole prescription or can't find it in the shop? Organisation is needed I have been able to get appointments but with a discussion with the receptionist. They want to know personal details and think they are doctors. They decide if the appointment is emergency or not. They are receptionists not a nurse or doctor. They need to remember this and be informed of what their actual responsibilitys are. They are not to be rude! Sometimes see a competent doctor. When a good doctor comes they leave very promptly. The surgery needs to hire and make partner good doctors to ensure we are receiving good quality care. Seeing different doctors all the time maybe good in some cases but not for others. Having the same doctor gives reassurence to the patient. That's very important.

This surgery appears to be built on the money first, service afterwards business. The doctor turnover is high and abysmal, they are still advertising for patients, but are unable to treat the patients they have (does the surgery receive more money for the length of its patient list?). The appointment scheme is not patient orientated, but time base (5 to 10 minutes and your out of the door). My suggestion to improve this clinic is that more effort should be put into looking after the health of its patients and less in the bank balance.

From what I have experienced the care is good when you can actually get an appointment. The whole problem is appointments are seldom available unless you book 2-3 weeks in advance, which is wonderful for those who have the power to know weeks in advance when they will be unwell but awful for the 99.99% of people that cant. This surgery has gone from a brilliant little surgery where appointments could only be made on the day but generally you would be able to get one, to one that effectively forces you to go to a walk in centre or worse A&E to be seen. On top of that also gone are the days when you had a doctor that knew you as a patient. Nowadays you see anyone and rarley see the same doctor twice as the turnover of doctors is so high. Bring back the days of Dr Robin Brown and co, they were the times when this doctors surgery was great!

I have an ongoing condition which is not life threatening but it's not nice for me, doctors give me treatment that makes it worse so asked to be referred to specialist and was told no it's not bad enough. Well you live with it then!!!! They don't know how to treat it so send me to someone that does Ended up hVing hysterectomy 3 years ago but had been with private health insurance they would not pay for it as all my medical records indicated problems at least 4 years before!!!!! Was told that's just the way it is!!!!!

16 in the waiting queue to get an appointment!! You have too many patients for the surgery thereby the service available is poor Massive turnover of doctors - each time you visit you have to go over the same ground again.
